The School of Nursing of Lanzhou University was established in May 2015, which was formed by the department of Nursing of Lanzhou University basic medical college and the School of Nursing of Lanzhou University. Adhering to the school philosophy of integrating clinical nursing practice, the newly established nursing college is committed to cultivating nursing professionals with strong comprehensive quality and high humanistic quality. It optimizes the resources of care education in Lanzhou University, improves the faculty structure, expands the school scale, and makes the professional advantages more prominent and the discipline features more distinct. At present, undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students are enrolled.
　　The School of Nursing is the only college in Lanzhou University with independent educational space. In 2016, the school invested more than 16 million yuan to carry out maintenance and renovation of the teaching experimental building, student apartment and campus playground, and built a modern nursing experimental training center.
