Dean Han Lin was elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing

Han Lin, Dean of the School of Nursing of Lanzhou University and Director of the Nursing Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital, was named as Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. She is the first nursing expert in Gansu to have been honored by the academy.
Han has won the National Natural Science Foundation of China for three times, and published more than 100 papers, whose main research interests are nursing management and geriatric nursing. She also won many scientific and technological awards, including the Science and Technology Award of The Chinese Nursing Association and the Science and Technology Progress Award of Gansu Province. She has made a huge contribution to the development of nursing in Gansu.
Founded in 1973, the American Academy of Nursing is dedicated to improving health and achieving health equity through nursing, leadership, innovation, and science. Currently, there are more than 2,700 academicians worldwide, including 46 nursing experts from mainland China.
